Serve

There's a place for you on our team!

Make a Difference. Find Your Place.

Serving is one of the best ways to get connected at Current Church. When you serve, you’re not just filling a role — you’re helping create a welcoming environment where people can meet Jesus, build community, and take next steps in faith.

There’s a place for you, and we’d love to help you find it.

Serving is part of something bigger than any one person — it moves ministry forward, builds community, and reflects the heart of Jesus.

We follow Jesus' example of coming not to be served, but to serve others.

Paul described the Church as a body — each part unique, each part essential. Your gifts and presence make a real difference that no one else can replicate.

Serving is both a responsibility and a joy — a posture of the heart that honors God and blesses others.

What Serving Looks Like

Serving on a team is a practical way to live out the Great Commission — making disciples by creating spaces where people can experience Jesus.

It looks like showing up consistently, contributing your unique gifts, and working alongside others toward a shared mission.

Every team — from hospitality to tech, worship to kids — plays a meaningful role in welcoming and connecting people to Jesus and the community.

Serving isn't just a task. It's a way of living out your faith alongside others who are doing the same.

There is a team where your unique value will make a huge difference — you just need to find it.

Think about what you enjoy, where your strengths lie, and what kinds of ministry feel meaningful to you. That's usually a good starting point.

No experience is required — just a willing heart. Teams are ready to welcome you, train you, and walk alongside you.

Take the next step: fill out a Serve Interest form, talk to a team leader, or simply show up and ask how you can help. The door is open.
